  1. What are the payment options at Vidushi?

Vidushi has multiple payment options. It includes payment through credit and debit cards of various banks and net banking. Customers can also choose to pay cash on delivery (COD).

  1. Does Vidushi charge sales tax?

All taxes are part of the price you see on the site. What you see is what you pay.

  1. What are Vidushi’s shipping rates?

For some products shipping in India is free. For products where shipping charges are applicable for international shipping, the shipping charges are mentioned in the product page. Please refer to our Shipping Policies to learn about shipping.

We are friendly people, and we know that sometimes you might just receive what you are not intended to. Our Return Policy can help to clarify how to go about returning items in your order. You can also email us at info@vidushihandicrafts.com if you have any questions, and we’ll do everything we can to help.

  1. How do I remove something from my cart?

Of course, the entire set might not appeal to you. We understand. So, we make it easy for you to mix and match, choose and drop. Head to your shopping cart and find the exact price of every item mentioned next to the product. In case you want to remove an item, just click on the cross next to the product and an automatic removal shall be done. Still confused, contact our customer service! We will get it settled for you, at your choice!

Simply log into your personal account and you can easily track your order and shipment details. You will be notified at every step, starting from placing the order to the day it arrives at your doorstep. One click and it’s done.

Our official hours of operation are from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday-Friday (Business Hours). However, in case of any query outside business hours, we would respond within 24 hours.

Shipping addresses can always be added, removed and edited on your Account Information page. You can also edit your shipping information at check-out.

  1. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Vidushi ?

Vidushihandicrafts.com gives you the option of shopping as a guest too. Just enter your email id on the checkout page and enjoy our fabulous range of products.

  1. How do I register and start my new account?

Please click on ‘SIGNUP’, which is located on the top right hand side of the website. You will see a new page where you can fill in your details as requested before clicking ‘Submit’.

Registration should now be complete and you should receive a confirmation e-mail to the registered mail id.
